Who we are looking for?
Compensation
• $5/hour
• $10/meeting booked
Flexibility & Schedule
• 20 Hours Weekly (can split the hours as you wish).
• Calls to be dialled during US timezone peak hours.
Core Tasks
• 30 calls per hour, with a goal of booking 2 calls per day as minimum.
• Schedule meetings that fit team availability.
• Continuously refine scripts to enhance results.
• Accurate data logging for lead tracking while taking calls.
• Logging your calls at the end of the day
Daily Routine
• Morning: Review leads, start with warm-up calls.
• Afternoon: Optimise scripts and focus on high-priority calls.
• End of Day: Log outcomes, analyse metrics, adjust as needed.
Personality
• Strong communicator with resilience for cold calling.
• Able to refine scripts to boost booking rates.
• Organised managing scheduling accurately, aligning with team availability.
Experience & Results
• Prior performance in high-volume calls (30+ per hour) and meeting booking.
• Sales/Customer Support Background: Previous experience in B2B sales or support is ideal.
• Skilled in scheduling without conflicts.
Work Ethic
• Motivated to hit targets and deliver quality results.
• Diligent in CRM updates, call logs, and follow-ups.
• Open to feedback and improvement.
